Please review these policies carefully as they are the Terms of Sale that govern your purchases at the Door Fourteen LLC (refers to "Site", “DoorFourteen”, “we”). They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at the DoorFourteen Website constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy
DoorFourteen does not accept the return of goods with a value less than $100 once sold, however, we can do an exchange for different product.
We accept returns for goods worth $150 or more for any reasons, only within 15 days from the date of sale. The goods returned must be in perfect original sale condition, unworn. Tags must not be broken.
We can't refund your original or return postage costs.
If you wish to exchange your a DoorFourteen order for a different size, color or style, please contact us.
If you are for whatever reason not happy with the products you ordered, you may return the products delivered to you within ten(10) calendar days after delivery, as long as:
- the products are unwashed and not used in any way
- the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged);
- the product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned
- the product was purchased other than seasonal/discounted campaign
Please return dresses with their hangers, protective coverings, carriers and wherever possible, in the original outer packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within ten(10) days of receipt of your goods. We will refund the price paid for unwanted items but delivery charges, return charges or any duties and taxes will not be refunded.
You cannot return:
- products that have been tampered with
- incomplete product or partial order
- customized products (size, style & fabric customization)
- Items which have any any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. You can do so within ten(10) days of receipt of goods. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price will be refunded.
How your request will be processed?
When the product is returned, you will be refunded via your original method of payment. You may need to give our Contact Centre your bank details, including the account number, title, bank name etc. After the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the product value to you.
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. You will receive your refund after the product has been returned and processed. Please allow two(2) weeks from the time we receive the returned goods (in the case of approved refunds of orders returned after delivery) or from the date of cancellation of your order (In the case of order cancellation before delivery).
